These terms cover your use of the citationly.ai website. Paid audits and tracking are covered by a separate written agreement.

Information, not a promise

Our guides, studies and checker explain how AI answers and search crawlers work, based on sources we link. AI answers change, and nobody controls what an AI engine says. Nothing on this site promises that any brand will be named, cited or ranked.

The free checker

The checker reads public pages of the website you enter and reports what it finds. Only check websites you own or have permission to check. It is provided as it is, without warranty, and may be limited to protect the service. We keep a record of which websites are checked and what was found, as our privacy notice explains.

Other companies’ names

Names of other companies and products belong to their owners. Where we describe another tool, we link the page we read and the date we read it.
